Eclipse® Model 705 Guided Wave Radar Transmitter
The Eclipse Model 705 is a two-wire, loop-powered, 24 VDC liquid level transmitter based on the revolutionary Guided Wave Radar (GWR) technology. The Model 705 can be used all with all available coaxial, twin rod and single rod probes. This leading-edge transmitter is designed to provide measurement performance well beyond that of many traditional technologies.
Measurement Principle Guided Wave Radar is based upon the principle of TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry). Pulses of electromagnetic energy are transmitted down a probe. The pulse is reflected when it reaches a liquid surface.
